From the very start of the day, there was hectic activity at Gobindgarh Public College in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab on this Saturday, May 09, 2009. Popularly known as the Mini Steel Town of India and located on the GT Road, it was not a Steel Company but a home grown IT Company - an accounting BPO which was coming for Campus Placement to the College to pick up bright commerce students from the region to join it.
The candidates went through an online test, written test, group discussion and final interview. The tough selection procedure was conducted by Mr. Sunil Khullar - Managing Director of the Company assisted by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar and Ms. Abha Gupta. Last year, Ms. Abha Gupta was selected through the process of Campus Placement by the company.
At the end of the day, Mr. Sushil Kwatra was selected and Ms. Nisha Sharma was placed as Stand by. The Principal of the College Dr. Suresh Kumar Tandon awarded the appointment letter to Mr. Kwatra and wished all the participating candidates success in life.
The young students like Mr. Sushil Kwatra who join are the future of the company. With their hard work, determination and dedication they will help the company enter new markets overseas. They shall represent the will of Punjabi youth to succeed in the international market through innovation and quality.
